Cosmic AES is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager that can attract, identify and capture the technical talent needed for a rapidly growing and innovative Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) engineering company that specializes in building rapid prototypes using the latest in satellite signal technology. Finding talent is critical to our success! The successful candidate will quickly learn Cosmic AES’s core competencies, key skillsets, and company culture in order to effectively and efficiently find the right talent. The Talent Acquisition Manager will establish pipelines to support our current requirements as well as future growth. Additionally, the manager will be expected to collect metrics and trends to provide company leadership on the health of the recruiting process and make recommendations on process improvement. Key to our past success in recruiting has been employee referrals, so feedback with the referrer is essential to keeping this pipeline working.
